To enable your horse to balance with the weight of the rider you must sit equally on both seat bones .
It’s important to have someone with a good eye watch you from the trot or going straight away .
Make sure your horse is straight (hind feet aligned with front feet).
The instructor or grounds person will look for dropping shoulders ,collapsing rib cage ,legs not stretching down equally ., uneven stirrups etc .
The rider always should maintain a correct and symmetrical posture in order to train and ride the horse correctly.
Some young is untrained horses will try to pull you out if position or lean on your hands and go against your leg aids .
Look for help from a good trainer and instructor to get beyond these issues.
