I recommend keeping your tack saddle bridle etc. soft and lubricated especially in the extreme weather .

Heat , rain and excessive cold will damage your leather.

This is a best conditioning product but any one with beeswax works very well .

Use it sparingly on leather areas that are near the stitches such as the top of seat of your saddle because it can cause the stitching to rot..

And use a good amount for places that get a lot of stress and bend an example is where the reins connect to the bit .

This will help prolong the life of your tack .
