Some of my students will experience problems with balance due to lack of symmetry when riding their horses.
On my journey to better joint health, I will try this program. It is important to keep your body in alignment to improve riding skills.

I have had one appointment with my physical therapist , Manny Kim .
The Doctor used manipulation after asking where my discomfort and stiffness was..
He followed a chart to gently apply pressure and was able to release and relax areas that had been bothering me for quite a long time.
I am looking forward to going to my next appointment.
After several months my knees are still great !
